 Shipping Rates and Policies

We will ship all orders within one business day of order placement. Orders received before 12:00 noon EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped the same day. Those that are received after 12:00 noon EST will be shipped the following business day. We use FedEx Ground or US Postal Service Priority Mail for our standard shipping, and it usually takes about 5 business days for orders to reach you. Holiday seasons or large orders may take longer.

For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or any other US territory outside the 48 contiguous states, a surcharge of $1.00 will be added to the standard shipping fee.

If you would like expedited shipping, you may choose UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air Saver.  The rate will be calculated for you based on product weight. The order will reach you by the end of the 2nd business day after it is shipped if you choose the UPS 2nd Day Air option, and it will reach you by the end of the next business day if you choose the UPS Next Day Air Saver.  Please also contact us by phone if you choose either of the options to ensure prompt order fulfillment.

If you would rather use another carrier besides FedEx or USPS for your order, contact us by phone and we will do our best to accommodate.

 Return Policies

Unused Items With Return Authorization Number

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of any unused items for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. This full refund requires that all returns are unopened in their original packaging and in perfect resalable condition. If you received your products with free shipping, and you are returning the ENTIRE order, a $9.99 shipping & handling cost will be deducted from the refund. If you are returning only a portion of the purchase, this shipping cost will be waived. We are unable cover the shipping charges for returning the goods to us unless company error was involved.

Prior to sending any product back to us, you MUST first contact us via email hello@teaposy.com or via phone 1.800.962.POSY (M-F 9:00am-6:00pm EST) to obtain a Return Authorization Number and instruction. You will need to provide us with your name, order number and any other information that will help us to process the return. Please note that we do not accept returns without a Return Authorization Number; we do not issue credit for returns without a Return Authorization Number.

Damaged Goods

If products are damaged through shipping, please also contact us as soon as possible for instructions on replacement or refund. All our products are insured through package carriers (USPS or UPS). We will contact them and file a claim using the package tracking number.
